I love to travel, I love to drive. I love to be a tourist in my own town & surrounding area. I love to take pictures. When we moved to the foothills on Hwy 22 "the Cowboy Trail" a few months ago, I had searched all of the internet and took out library books on the area but still could not find many photos of where we were moving. So, this is for those like me who like to see what they're in for. This is the photo album that never existed before now. See images from Banff to Nanton, and the Kananaskis and Sheep River area. As we continue to explore we will expand our range, and pass on our knowledge to you. Please, have a look through the Recommended Reading page for guide books, calendars, fiction & non-fiction, as well as, children's book & other miscellaneous items related to the area. |
If you are coming to the area, and have any questions pertaining to the foothills and surrounding area, please email me. If I don't know the answer, I am sure I can find out for you or connect you to someone who does. This is a work in progress, and I welcome and would be very appreciative of any feedback, comments, photos, recommendations and reviews from your own personal trip along the Cowboy Trail, or any side trips off of it, pertaining to any business, adventure and related experience. Of course, credits will be given with your authorization of use of your information for the sole purpose of this website. Please, be advised this is a family website and we do request you will use your good judgement in sending any correspondence and photos. | |
